Arriving at Formo a Saturday night 22:00, it was already packed with people. This is not my usual hangout, but it's certainly popular among their guests.

Located at the BTC, or Banilad Town Centre, which is a shopping mall in Banilad. Almost all of the tables were taken, the rest reserved.

There is a large outside seating area, where most people seem to hang out. If you need to chill even more, there's an aircon bar inside as well  as the clubbing area where the DJ plays techno rythms. No real dance floor.

They serve beer below zero, which is what it says - very cool beer. 80 peso per bottle, or 69 + service charge. Impressive coctail list, prices from 95-215, Champagne Brut if you like for 4800. A bottle of Jack Daniels 2650. All prices exclude 15 % service charge which is added to your bill.

Food is served, however mostly for pica-pica or snacks to their drinks. This is a bar rather than a restaurant, but you'll find pasta, pork, sandwich, maki and sashimi among other items on their menu. Prices not so bad.

Mostly upper-class filipinos here, but also a few younger Cebu expats and tourists. Sometimes they have a theme night like 80's or 90's disco. Check out there webpage to find out what's on.
