Adventure Cafe

AdventureCafe

Take the scenic Transcentral road from Cebu to Balamban and stop after 33 km. There's a big sign so you won't miss it.

There are actually two places offering zip rides, this and K33 just 50-100 meters further. This time we only tested the Adventure Cafe.

There is a cafe also, where you can enjoy your lunch or drinks with a great view. Prices were very reasonable.

It might be wise to order your zip right away and ask if there's any waiting time - it can be a little waiting. Price is 100 peso on weekdays and 150 in the weekend, and also on Philippine holidays.

They strap you up and connect you to two separate cables - each of them is supposed to hold a truck according to their manager. It did held my 87 kg without problems!

Check out their website here to read more.

ZipLine location on Trans-Central Highway

I took my son Paul to this Zip Line on the 'Green Trail Ride #4' and so I decided to give it a go, and so did Brett ( govoner ).  For Php100 for a ZipLine Ride in BOTH directions it was a good 'Gheap Thrill' Ride.

I think you map shows the location of  Adventure Cafe

as being  NE from where my GEO tagged photo shows it being located?

See my SportsTracker entry (28/11/2010 11:27) and look on the map, where that Photo of Adventure Cafe is and compare to your map location:-

Hi David, thanks for the map - I tried to adjust it. Anyway, it shouldn't be possible to miss it.

I've seen there are a couple more rides there now, will check it out. And will also try the trekking arranged by the Adventure cafe.
